• If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
• I document all the process of packaging and doing the orders. If your item arrives damaged, please send me a picture of the damaged item and the box it came with to my email @miklx0@Outlook.com so we can work on a solution for you.

Packaging

Items are wrapped in protective and cushioned mailers or boxes. I reuse clean packing materials when possible to reduce waste.

Returns / Replacements

Due to the handmade nature, all sales are final.

Care

Keep clay pieces away from heat, harsh chemicals, and prolonged water or sun exposure. Clean gently with water and cloth only.

• I reserve the right to decline any request. Reasons may include complexity, unclear descriptions, or lack of communication.
• All dolls are created in my signature style (3 inches tall, fixed body proportions, and consistent face style).
• Hair length cannot go past the doll’s waist.
• Before starting, I will share my own sketches for your approval. Once you approve the final sketch, no further changes can be made.
• I do not provide progress photos of the sculpting process.
• By commissioning me, you agree that I may share photos and videos of your doll on my social media.
• The construction phase usually takes about 2 weeks.

Payment & Refunds

• Payment is required upfront.
• All payments are processed through a Square invoice, sent through email.
• Refunds are not available.
