Packaging

Items are wrapped in protective and cushioned mailers or boxes. I reuse clean packing materials when possible to reduce waste.

Returns / Replacements

Due to the handmade nature, all sales are final.

• Avoid heat & sunlight: Prolonged exposure can soften or discolor polymer clay. Store in a cool, shaded place.
• Keep away from water & chemicals: Do not shower or swim while wearing charms. Avoid perfumes, alcohol, and cleaning products near them.
• Clean gently: If dusty or smudged, wipe lightly with a soft damp cloth. Do not scrub or soak.
• Handle with care: Polymer clay is durable but can still chip or snap if bent or dropped. Treat like delicate jewelry.
• Storage tip: Keep charms in a pouch, box, or separate from keys/metal objects to avoid scratches.

Following these steps will help your handmade piece last for years while keeping its colors bright and details crisp.

• I reserve the right to decline any request. Reasons may include complexity, unclear descriptions, or lack of communication.
• All dolls are created in my signature style (3 inches tall, fixed body proportions, and consistent face style).
• Hair length cannot go past the doll’s waist.
• Before starting, I will share my own sketches for your approval. Once you approve the final sketch, no further changes can be made.
• I do not provide progress photos of the sculpting process.
• By commissioning me, you agree that I may share photos and videos of your doll on my social media.
• The construction phase usually takes about 2 weeks.
